Internal Auditor, FT: Responsible for providing internal audit coverage for all financial activities and will determine internal controls to provide adequate safeguards to ensure general operating efficiency and compliance with laws, regs, managerial policies, and generally accepted accounting principles. College degree and a minimum of 24 college hours of accounting. Previous audit experience required with financial institution preferred. Able to maintain good public relations. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent problem solving and computer skills as well as knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
Call Center Representative, FT: Energetic and outgoing person, with excellent communication skills, to make and receive phone calls, promote and sell our products and services. Will provide basic customer support referring the more complex problems, and will require an in-depth knowledge of our products and services. HS grad with 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area preferred. PC experience preferred.
Branch Manager, FT: Must have 2-3 years prior exp. Will direct, coordinate, & supervise loan and deposit operations. Must be a positive team leader. PC & oral/written communication skills are essential. College degree preferred.
Financial Sales Representative, FT: Motivated self-starter to sell consumer deposit and loan accounts. Develop and maintain member relationships while focusing on service satisfaction. Heavy phones. Two years of sales-related experience preferred. Excellent communication skills required.
Collections Specialist, PT: Responsible for direct telephone contact and follow-up collection efforts on delinquent accounts. Maintain records of account activity, validate and verify account information. Skip Trace accounts as needed. Refer accounts for legal action and execute upon judgment accounts. Candidate must be professional and assertive, coupled with diplomacy. Must have excellent oral and written skills. PC skills, Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field and two years of financial institution experience with one year of collection experience preferred.
Teller, FT: Perform teller functions. H/S grad w previous business experience preferred. Must be service oriented. Pleasant personality, excellent service skills & accuracy of handling cash required. PC skills preferred.
