To become a member*, all you have to do is open a savings account with a $5 deposit. To start this process you can go to the online membership application.

Print the form and either mail, fax or bring the completed membership application to one of our branch locations our

Once you've joined, your immediate family members are also eligible for membership.

*To open an account you must live, work, go to school or worship in Rockland County, New York.  Accounts can also be opened by immediate family members of individuals who already bank with us or live in Rockland County.  We consider an immediate family member to be a grandparent, child, sibling, parent, spouse, step-parent, step-parent, step sibling, grandchild, step child and anyone who lives with you and shares your household expenses.
