You can always find up to the date information regarding PFCU Special Promotions, Seminars, Operational difficulties and Emergency Announcements. We also post our term certificate and IRA rates every Wednesday and our Consumer Loan and Equity Rates the first week of each Month.
Internet security, like encryption and "firewall", protect our Web and Home Banking sites. When visiting our site your personal information is never retained other than as statistical data for internal reporting purposes only.
If you have provided personal identifying information via e-mail, on a loan application, on a membership application or you've added your name and address to our e-mail contact list, the information will only be used to either communicate with you directly or to handle your request. The information contained on any site to which you link from our site is solely the responsibility of the provider of that web site.

Palisades Federal Credit Union (PFCU) makes life easy by providing our members with services you can access from either your home, office, school, or while on vacation. Most of these services are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
A PFCU pocket access guide is the quickest way to get acquainted with and to see how to use our 24/ 7 services. If you would like to receive a PFCU pocket access guide either call or email us that request.

Any Hour Loan -
When you need a loan, you don't have to wait for the credit union to open. Simply call our Any Hour Loan representative at 877-230-PFCU (7328) and you will be guided through the entire loan process.
You can get pre-approved for auto loans and apply for personal loans, lines of credit, VISA credit cards, home equity loans, home equity lines of credit and first mortgages. To help speed your application process please have your member number and social security numbers available. Immediate approvals will be given on some loan applications.
TAP -
From any touch-tone telephone, you are able to TAP into your credit union accounts, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The TAP Audio Response System will guide you step-by-step through your inquiry or financial transaction. Find out your balances, transfer funds, make a loan payment, take a loan advance, transfer funds between family members' accounts, and much more. Simply call 845-602-3TAP (3827). Outside the 845 area code call, 800-333-TAP3 (8273).
ATM and Debit Services -
PFCU has two full service ATMs adjacent to either branch location where you can access most of your PFCU accounts. (Note: These machines do take deposits.)
We also have four cash dispensing ATMs strategically placed within Rockland County.
All of PFCU's ATMs are NO SURCHARGE to the PFCU members.

We are also now part of the Allpoint no surcharge ATM network which provides an additional 30,000 no surcharge ATMs to our members. (Note: You will still incur PFCU's foreign ATM transaction fee of $1.00 per transaction after your sixth transaction during a one month period and after 12 transactions if you are a premium checking account member.)
PFCU members can also access either their savings or checking accounts nationwide and worldwide anywhere they see the NYCE, Exchange, Allpoint, CU24 or Plus Network Symbols.
(Special Note: PFCU's VISA Debit Card lets you access your PFCU checking account with the added feature that the VISA Debit Card allows you to conduct purchases at merchants wherever you see the 'We Accept Visa Debit Card' logo.)
Night Depository Services -
A Night Depository Slot is adjacent to both branch locations. Deposit and Loan Payment Envelopes are available for your convenience.
Online Banking -
Online banking lets you conduct real time transactions on your PFCU account(s) free. PFCU online banking is convenient, fast and easy. All your accounts will be securely password protected. You are just keystrokes away from: checking your account balances; reconciling your checkbook; checking recent account activities such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and ATM transactions; transferring funds between your eligible accounts; taking an advance from your line of credit; making loan payments through transfers; and downloading transaction history and importing it into a financial management program such as Quicken or Microsoft Money. Online banking has a non-usage fee.
EPay - electronic bill payment -
No checks to write and no stamps to buy, PFCU makes this free service possible with EPay. When you use EPay you can pay bills from your computer with just a few clicks of your mouse and you can enjoy the flexibility and control of scheduling payments to occur on the date you specify. You just need to make sure that you generate your payments early enough so that they are received by their due dates. EPay has a non-usage fee.
eStatements -
Receive your PFCU statements via email notification. There is no charge for eStatement. It's the fast and secure way of receiving your monthly statements without waiting for the monthly post. A history of your previous 12 statements will be available to ou on demand 24/7.
CU Service Centers -
A CU Service Centers will let a PFCU member conduct financial transactions at credit unions throughout the United States as if the member had walked into a PFCU office. Also, some CU Service Centers will provide NO SURCHARGE ATMs. (Note: Not all CU Service Centers provide NO SURCHARGE ATMs, please call first to see if they do.) Direct Deposit -
Direct Deposit is a safe, easy way to have your money deposited into your PFCU account(s). Ask your employer or the government agency issuing your check to help you sign up for this service. Ask one of our Financial Sales Representatives to provide our routing number to your account(s).
