We are excited to announce that Palisades Federal Credit Union is preparing for a milestone in our service technology plan that will make your everyday financial life better. In May 2010 we will upgrade to a new, extremely powerful data processing system that will allow us to serve you faster and more efficiently, improve existing offerings to you, and present you with new products and services you’ve been asking for!  

Our employees are very excited about all the great features coming with this upgrade that will allow us to satisfy your growing financial needs. We know you’ll be pleased with the results!

Please continue checking our “System Upgrade” page regularly since it is our most timely communication tool providing a Frequently Asked Questions and Answer forum. Plus, watch your mailbox and inbox for ongoing important notifications. You can rely on us to keep you up to date with changes, and maintain our ongoing commitment to superior member service. 

When will the upgrade take place?
 The system upgrade will begin 4:00 pm, Friday April 30th and continue through Monday May 3rd.

Temporary disruption to member services
Please be aware of the following changes in our hours and operations and plan your financial transactions accordingly:

  • Our offices and drive-up will be closed Saturday, May 1st  through Monday, May 3rd
  •  Online Banking, Bill Pay and TAP (telephone banking) will not be available from 4:00 pm Friday, April 30th through Monday May 3rd.
  • Normal hours and operations will resume Tuesday, May 4th.
  • You can continue to use your Debit Cards, Credit Cards and Personal Checks.
