Guest payment
Skip the login. Make a one-time payment without creating an account. Here’s how to do it:
- Enter your last name and member account number
- Note: if your account number is less than 10 digits, zeroes must be added. For example, if your member number is 1234567, you will enter 0001234567
- Verify your loan and payment amount
- Submit securely
How it works
Pay any time, from any device, and choose the payment method that works for you: ACH, debit card, and credit card are all accepted.
There is a $9.95 convenience fee per transaction
Payments will be posted within 1 business day
Principal-only payments are not available
Payments processed through EasyPay do not qualify for the 0.50% autopay discount
Set up AutoPay or schedule payments ahead of time to avoid late fees

By Phone
Pay your loan over the phone with our Contact Center at 800-438-7415. Our representatives can assist with finding the right payment option. If you choose to pay over the phone with an external bank account, a convenience fee will be assessed.
Digital Banking
Log in to Digital Banking and use your Palisades CU or external bank account to pay your loan, with no fees.
In Person
Pay your loan at your most convenient branch location.

Are there any fees to make a payment?
Yes, if you are paying your loan through EasyPay, a $9.95 flat fee will be assessed.
What is the maximum amount I can pay through the Payment Portal?
The maximum payment accepted through our Payment Portal is $5,000.
How long does it take for the payment to be applied to my loan?
Your payment will be applied to your loan within one business day.
What type of loan can I pay?
You can pay Personal Loans, Vehicle Loans, Credit Cards, Home Equities, and Mortgages through our Payment Portal.
Can I pay more than my monthly loan payment?
No, only your scheduled monthly payment can be applied.
