Here is a quick guide on how to login to the upgraded platform, if you haven't already.
Joint and primary members will no longer share login credentials
Joint members will need to set up a new digital banking account following the steps below.
Tip: If you’re a joint owner on one account but the primary owner on another, you can use your primary account login credentials to access all of your accounts. To confirm who the primary account holder is, simply check your printed or digital statements, the primary member’s name is listed there.
Note that all accounts linked to your Social Security Number will now appear under a single login. This is why it’s especially important for joint account holders to create their own individual logins. Doing so ensures that each person only has access to the accounts they own.
Quick tips for your first login
- Primary members: Your current username and password will carryover into the new system. At 9 AM when the new site is live, simply enter in your existing credentials to login.
- Joint members: You will need to enroll as a new user to create your own unique login.
- All your accounts, all in one place: When you sign in, you will see every account or loan you own, even if they are under different membership numbers.
- Best first-time login experience: We recommend first signing in on a computer or browser. If you start in our mobile app, you will be redirected to a secure browser window to complete your setup.
- Email verification: During your first login, we will send a verification code to the email address we have on file, so make sure you have access to your email before you get started.
Logging in for the first time
For primary members
Complete the following steps the first-time logging into the new platform.
- From a computer or browser, click "Online Banking" from our website
- Enter your current login credentials - your existing username and password
- Confirm your identity using the verification code sent to your email address on file
- Set up your password (this can be the same as your previous password, or a new one)
- Review and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service disclosures
- Enter your mobile phone number to receive a verification code for an additional layer of security
- Enjoy the new, upgraded digital banking platform!
For joint members (or primary members new to digital banking)
Complete the following steps the first-time logging into the new platform.
- From a computer or browser, click "Online Banking" from our website
- Click "Need to Enroll? Get started" at the top of the login page
- Enter your Social Security Number and Date of Birth
- Confirm your identity using the verification code sent to your email address on file
- Create your login credentials - username and password
- Review and acknowledge the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service disclosures
- Enter your mobile phone number to receive a verification code for an additional layer of security
- Enjoy the new, upgraded digital banking platform!
Important for joint members
To enroll in digital banking, each member must have an active email address on file with us. If you’re a joint member and do not currently have an email listed, please contact us so we can add it to your profile before you begin enrollment.
The Palisades CU mobile app
If you have automatic app updates turned on for your device, our mobile app will update on its own, no action needed.
If you don’t have automatic updates enabled, you’ll just need to manually download the latest version of the app from the App Store or Google Play to ensure you’re using the most up-to-date version.

First-time login from the app: If you open the app to login for the first time after the upgrade, you will be securely redirected to a browser window to complete your identity verification and setup. Once that's done, you will be able to login and manage your accounts directly in the app going forward.
Tip: Turning on automatic updates is the easiest way to make sure you always have the newest features and security enhancements!
Your account information will remain the same
Your existing account info, alerts, and scheduled transfers will all carry over automatically. Features that are available in our current platform will be available in the new platform, such as Bill Pay, transfers, and Zelle®!
