Who is eligible for the 1% cash back offer?
Any member (or future member) who refinances an auto loan from another financial institution or lender to Palisades Credit Union is eligible.
Is there a minimum or maximum loan amount?
Yes. Loan amounts must be at least $5,000 to qualify for the offer. The maximum cash back that can be earned is $500.
How do I receive my cash back?
Your cash back will be deposited into your Palisades savings account within 30 days of loan funding.
Are there fees to refinance?
There are no application or origination fees for auto loan refinancing with us.
How long does the refinance process take?
Most refinance applications are processed in just a few business days.
